This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. It was one of the cheapest options on our tour operator's website, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room even had a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea towards Porec. Additionally, the breakfast provided was included in the price and was served early enough for early risers like us, at 7.15am.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

No fridge, no safe in the room, very noisy hotel,too long entartainment programs and openair music until mid of the night,lobby and the restaurant are like in a big Railway station, old style service people at restaurant and bar, breakfast until 10 and at 9.30 was starting to take the food from buffet, the reception staff does not give any infos about restaurants around, no lunch provided in the hotel restaurant, very old small tv, smell from the bathroom sewage hotel system ,air condition device bad running, too small swimming pools for the hotel capacity

This is a hotel still running in the "old soviet style" (just as an example, they (literally) lock the drinks at the restaurant exactly at the closing time, regardless of the number of guest inside, and of whether they are still eating.

Great location and stunning view from the balcony. The hotel's facilities were adequate and it was nice to have access to a pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay a bit more pleasant.

The hotel was extremely outdated with many of the facilities not functioning properly. The rooms were uncomfortable and poorly furnished with creaky bed frames.

Very rude clientele which made the buffet meals very unpleasant. WiFi worked only in the lobby area and cost 3 euros/ hour.

Great location by the sea, perfect for families. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, with good entertainment. The food had plenty of choices, and the drinks were included during dinner time.

The hotel room size was quite small, and the cleanliness could have been improved. The sunbeds around the pool were limited, and some guests were using more than one.

Wonderful location just on the sea shore, great park with pine trees. Comfortable rooms (with not so comfortable beds), air conditioning is a big advantage.

Hotel staff seems to have been hired some tens years ago. Especially waiters in the cantene / restaurant are oftentimes arrogant, try to close beer/wine/beverages stations as quickly as possible, before the end of dinner. Animation team is an exception in this sense.

The hotel needs to be renovated. The buffet was not good. The location and grounjds are excellent. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, but the restaurant staff need to have some training on guest courtesy, including learning to smile.

The location of the hotel is great, being very close to the sea and surrounded by pine trees. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff provides good service. Facilities such as tennis courts and water taxi tours are available. Breakfast at the hotel is nice.

I just recomend this hotel...don't forget your tennis racket at home...:) Clean and beautifool beach, nice park, good food and all this on a reasonable price.
